Important Notice Regarding Our Former U.S. Distributor:
We were taken by surprise when our former distributor, Shernbao USA Inc., rebranded to Waggz without prior notification.
This unexpected change was further complicated by their refusal to settle outstanding account payable with us (later settled). Moreover, Waggz has made unfounded claims of acquiring Shernbao and has regrettably chosen to neglect their after-sales support responsibilities to our valued customers. Such behavior undermines the values and standards we uphold in our partnerships, affecting not only our relationship but, more significantly, you, our esteemed customers.
Our Response:
In light of these issues, we feel it necessary to clarify that Waggz has not acquired SHERNBAO, and our association with Shernbao USA inc.(now Waggz) has been formally terminated. As a result, they no longer possess any authorization to represent or distribute SHERNBAO products.
To address the current situation and minimize any inconvenience to our customers, SHERNBAO is actively working to establish new customer service channels in the U.S. We are committed to resolving any issues arising from this transition and are here to support you with any product needs or concerns..
